Lighthouse
I think of creation, and for me is a way not just to output what I want into the world, but a way to attract similar minds like a sort of lighthouse, when building, this permeates into every decision I take.
I’m mostly self absorbed, in just creating what I want for me, but ultimately I do think how the things I create will take place in the world, for me this is an inner definition which serves as a foundation, for what folks should feel when they interact with our product.
Lately I been thinking of tech brands, and I try to think of which ones inspire me, which ones make me feel like I belong to something, and I’m not sure that I can think of any. The closest thing to me is the early Apple, when I think about the other companies of which products I have to interact in the day to day, e.g Google, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, I can only think of using those as a utility, as a you have to, because it is what it is.
I’m particularly a sucker for good design, the kind that permeates from imagery to product, to the every interaction. And I hate that I'm not interacting with a product that does that full circle with me yet.
I think of Elasti, and for me it should feel like Apple 1984 commercial and a place for the misfits, the artsy ones, the architects, the sovereign.
